My Approach

I work with all my clients in a very holistic manner. Creating an individualistic approach to help treat and make the most out of each session we have together.

My Story

In 2018, I moved to Alberta from Toronto, it has been difficult to leave the business and clients I have worked with in the GTA, however I am looking forward to new growth and potential that awaits me here in Alberta!

Now in 2025, I have a well established business here in Edmonton.  And taken on a few specialties. Including:

- Supporting women through all stages of creating life. (pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, preparing for birth/ optimal baby/delivery positioning and postpartum, including and not limited to pelvic floor work, and post c-section scar work).
Personally having 4 pregnancies , and 3 healthy full term deliveries, I am well versed in the this topic. (including flipping my own baby from breach to head down at 38 weeks)

- TMJ and Deviated Septum's (inter-mouth and inter-nose work)

- Migraines (anything cranial / neurological related can be one of the most stubborn topics to address. However, this is the topic I found Rolfing for originally and I know personally that the commitment to the process can pay off)

- Carpal Tunnel  (please trying Rolfing prior to surgery!)

- Scar work (typically post surgical scars that are impinging the functional and health of your soft tissue and fascial layers)

Candace Caskey

Founder & CEO

While competing around the world for synchronized swimming, Candace Caskey developed a passion for people and teamwork, and learned first hand the importance of addressing muscular and structural imbalances. From 2001 to 2010 she trained 25-30 hours per week, and it was by working with several professionals to address muscular and structural imbalances, that she was able to excel and become a highly decorated athlete competing at the National and International level. Candace is most proud of having been names a member of the 2006 Canadian National Team for synchronized swimming, and now wants to help others who could benefit from Rolfing Structural Integration and CranioSacral Therapy.
